I completed my final project this week and I am so unbelievably happy at how it turned out. It looks great, it tastes great, just everything about it is beautiful.

I chose to attempt a wedding cake, but I didn’t want to make one of those 3-4 tier things because my family already has a hard time finishing a small cake. I did a simple 2-layer heart shaped cake that has an almond flavour to it.

Overall I am very proud of myself for finishing this and having it turn out as beautiful as it is. I really enjoyed this project and I’m looking forward to my presentation.
